Request deletion of your data
This is for removing specific data Grasroot has stored about you while keeping your account and sign-in access intact. If you want the account itself gone, use Account Deletion instead — this page and that one use the same underlying request process, they just cover different outcomes.
What you can ask us to delete
Data linked to your account may include:
- Profile information (display name, region/country, preferences)
- Game history (past sessions, scores, answers)
- Challenge history (Challenges you created or accepted)
- Analytics events linked to your account
Tell us what you'd like removed in the form below. We may contact you to verify your identity and to confirm exactly what's in scope before acting on it.
What we may not be able to delete: aggregate leaderboard statistics that no longer identify you personally; records we're legally required to retain; and, where your Challenge history is still referenced by another player's own result (for example, a Challenge you created that they accepted), we may remove your identifying details from that record rather than delete it outright, so their result stays intact. We don't currently offer selective per-question deletion within a single game session — a request covers whole records, not individual answers.
